🌱Well Rooted
Girls Group
Well Rooted is a weekly circle for girls in the early bloom of adolescence — a time of questions, sensitivity, and powerful becoming. Through story, song, seasonal craft, and gentle journaling, we build a rhythm of connection: to self, to earth, and to one another.
Here, each girl is reminded that she is whole. That her feelings are valid. That she is worthy, just as she is. We tend emotional literacy, sisterhood, and the steadying power of ritual. Some moments are playful, some tender — girls making crafts, talking in their own world, with no one to impress. Just being seen by one another.
The space is held with care — flexible, responsive, and rooted in deep listening. These years, especially around 6th and 7th grade, are full of expansion. Well Rooted offers a grounded, nurturing container to explore who they are becoming — together.
🪞Eye Level
Mothers and Daughters Circle
Eye Level is a circle for mothers and daughters to meet — not as roles, but as peers. Through shared ritual, reflection, and seasonal rhythm, we create a space where each voice is honored without interruption. Here, we practice speaking and listening with open hearts. We begin to see through the veil of “mother” and “daughter,” and glimpse the woman’s soul underneath.
This vision was born from my own experience — I once sat in a women’s circle where the topic was “mothers,” and I felt a wave of sadness: not one woman in the room, myself included, had an easy relationship with her mom.
That moment disheartened me, as I earnestly strive to build a strong and honest bond with my own daughter. I wondered: will she feel safe to be imperfect with me? Will she hide parts of herself out of fear of being judged — like I did?
What I’ve come to trust — and what I carry into this circle — is that love is wide enough to hold our mistakes. We all stumble. What matters is how we return, how we repair, how we make room again for one another — that is the heartbeat of Eye Level.

🌙 About Jessica
I come to this work first as a mother, walking beside my 11-year-old daughter, and with a longing for community that feels real and alive. I believe children deserve stories that aren’t rushed — stories that are sung, woven, and lived.
When I was young, I often wished for more women to look up to, more aunties and elders to share their presence. That absence has become my invitation: to help create the kind of circles I would have loved as a girl — places where daughters feel welcome, where mothers feel supported, and where wisdom can flow naturally between generations.
My circles are woven from song and story, from craft and movement, from the breath of the seasons and the gaze of the moon. I carry a strong root and a whimsical heart, able to bend and sway with what arrives in the moment.
With love,
